1. Definitions

• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their ta777b account for wagering purposes, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body regulating gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of the ta777b Platform is prohibited under applicable laws or Platform policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ta777b Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ta777b Platform.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and ta777b, whether written or oral, relating to your use of the Platform. ta777b reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 3. Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account on ta777b, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of or located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or during any wagering activity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of ta777b or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ta777b Platform or any other ta777b-affiliated platform.

ta777b reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination, and withholding of withdrawals pending compliance review.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the ta777b Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ta777b login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and recommended by the Platform.
• Notify ta777b immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ta777b are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ta777b accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as indicated in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum transaction limits are specified in the cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Real Money Balance instantly or within 30 minutes depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawals are processed to your registered payment method. ta777b will not process withdrawals to payment accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder.
• ta777b reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly where unusual transaction patterns are detected or where withdrawal amounts exceed defined thresholds.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts; bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• ta777b does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ta777b accepts no liability.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ta777b may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions applicable across all ta777b promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play are specified per promotion.

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ta777b Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the property of ta777b or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ta777b's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ta777b and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions to the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Actions taken by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities that affect Platform availability or functionality.

ta777b's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the liability arose.

11. Responsible Gaming

ta777b is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and ta777b's own responsible gaming policy:

• All Players must be 21 years of age or older to register or wager on ta777b.
• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, and session time limits via the Account Settings section at any time.

12. Account Termination

Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account — after deduction of applicable bonuses and any amounts owed to ta777b — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon termination in all circumstances.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ta777b Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to ta777b's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

ta777b reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ta777b will provide at least 14 days' notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
